All paintings in the 1st 11 Series are one of a kind,
unique and essentially irreplaceable. They are fascinating
pieces of vibrant original art by a well known author and
creator and may increase in value, as well as enhancing work
and home environments. Original Paintings 12"x9" in
landscape orientation, 9"x12" in portrait orientation.
All paintings are signed, named & dated on the back
(invisible under framing).
Additional certificate of authenticity, signed, over back
framing board (see below).
Paintings are framed without glass to allow touching the
structure as well as to be able to display brightly in the
absence of special lighting.

Colour Accuracy:
All paintings have been photographed and manipulated to give as true a
representation of colour and texture as possible.
However the look of the image can vary depending on the type and age of computer
screen on which the samples images are being viewed.
Some types of paints and
media, in particular structural, day glow, opalescent and metallic media, do not
photograph well. In general, the actual paintings are deeper and richer than
the photographs/web images can reasonably convey.
Return Policy:
All sales are final, no returns or exchanges for original paintings.
We may assist in the re-sale of a painting to a third party under
special circumstances. Sales commission fees apply.
- Damaged or lost packages:
Mail Carrier Insurance is included in the shipping fee. As these are unique,
original artworks we cannot replace anything that arises from such damage or
loss. Claims must be filed directly with the carrier.
Please note: When receiving your painting, please pay close attention to the
packaging. If you notice damage to the carton or suspect damage, open the
package immediately, please have the driver take note of the damage and have a
signed copy acknowledging damage. If damage is found after the carrier has left,
save the carton and all packaging material for a future inspection and call the
carrier immediately for the proper procedure to be followed.
