Dr Silvia Hartmann - The Basics

I was born in Germany, 23.08.1959.

I am the recipient of a classical German education up to Abitur (A-Level). After this, I began to investigate topics that interested me and started my own research. My PhD is from The Universal Life Church. You can find out more for the reasons behind that here.

For my early years in the UK, please see http://A1Dog.com Publicists always try and tell me to hide that I used to be an animal behaviour specialist, and I won't because I learned REAMS during the 15 years of working hands on with animals and their people in the field. I consider this time to have been an essential part of my journey and a most thorough grounding in the causes and affects of applied mammal behaviour across the board. This is the famous Harmony Program which continues to influence all my work and lives in everything I do.

From 1990 onwards, I switched to people behaviour. I began to investigate standard psychology, then general personal development and went on to NLP, General Semantics and hypnotherapy. My first and most important trainer was Tad James, and I am extremely grateful to him for all I learned.

From 1993 onwards, I was working seriously with metaphor therapies, notably David Grove, Charles Faulkner and Richard Bandlers DHE and in 1996, presented my own work on metaphor which is called Project Sanctuary.

In 1998, I came across EFT Emotional Freedom Techniques by Gary Craig and co-founded The Association For Meridian Energy Therapies with Chris Hardisty in 1999.

In 2002 I developed my own theory and system of energy healing, EmoTrance.

In 2004 I started the process of remodelling magic which includes the principles of Energy Magic, but also Art Solutions, Energy Hypnosis and the advanced forms of EmoTrance.

From this stems Aromatherapy For Your Soul in 2008, The Genius Symbols and Magic, Spells & Potions in 2009 but also Energy Dancing from 2006.

In 2009 I put together what we have learned about how human beings work in the course of all of this into Events Psychology.

My first love of all things is mind, language, story and energy. Whatever else I do, this always plays a great part. I write psychoactive fiction under the codename Starfields which includes the In Serein trilogy, a hugely complex Project Sanctuary metastory which I wrote between 2000 and 2002, and which was materially responsible for the breakthrough understandings later manifest in EmoTrance.

It may seem at first glance that there is a lot of divergent material here, but I have simply applied the same global principles to a number of different fields, a form of scientific enquiry and practical research that leads directly to the development of all these techniques, methods and patterns.

I have been very blessed with having tremendous people to support me and work with me; especially in the beginning, when the patterns are so new and entirely unexplored, it takes a brave person to try it out, run the first tests, and check out if we start to glow in the dark!

All my works are completely compatible with one another, and each presents a piece of the jig saw puzzle of human activity, intelligence, achievement and exploration.

Start with something you find the most interesting; you will find logical, practical and helpful things you've never heard of before in every one of these modalities.
