Quit Smoking With EFT

You Can Make The Withdrawal Easier For You -

Releasing Anxiety, Cravings & Stress With EFT Self Help Acu-Tapping

Many people who have needed help with reducing anxiety which is so strongly connected with the urge to smoke have found that acupuncture helps surprisingly. The ancient maps of the human energy system have been used to treat all manner of disturbances for at least 10,000 years and are recognised even by the most cynical western scientists these days.

Although acupuncture is very effective, it has the disadvantage that it is performed by a skilled clinician - and the stress and anxiety could occur anywhere, moments of doubt can happen at anytime, and temptation to give into the desire and urge to smoke is always around the corner.

Here is where a surprisingly simple self help system comes into its own - instead of needles, all you have to do is to lightly tap on special points which have the greatest de-stressing effect on the nervous system.

And best of all, this system is entirely free.

Developed by Californian engineer Gary Craig, it is called EFT which is short for Emotional Freedom Techniques and he calls it his "gift to the world". A retired businessman, Mr Craig was interested in personal development and attended trainings in various modalities. With his engineering mind, he took a complex form of acu-tapping technique and turned it into a superbly simple self help protocol that anyone can learn in just five minutes. Better still, anyone can do it at any time they need to de-stress and relax - you can help yourself, even at 4am when there is no-one else around.

Thousands of practitioners around the world use it every day with serious mental health issues and many hundreds of thousands of every day people use it for their own reasons. EFT has been featured in many magazines and news reports because of its rapid effects on phobias and fears, and this proven anti-anxiety effect is exactly the kind of help smokers need to become non-smokers and stay that way.

EFT does not work for everyone, but up to 85% of people who have tried it have rated it from "helpful" to "very helpful".

The full, free protocol and a "2 Minute Stress Relief" shortened version of EFT can be found at http://123EFT.com
